As an overview to our rental policies, the following is provided:

1.  City of Warren Requirements - The ensure the highest quality of housing for our tenants, all houses will be fully licensed and certified to the City of Warren standards, before a Tenant is allowed to move into any of our homes.

2.  We Accept section 8

3.  Pets are allowed for a one time $ 250.00 fee plus an additional $ 35.00/month increase in rent.

4.  All utilities to include water are to be paid for by the residences.  Residences are given a 24 hour grace period before the utilities are transferred

5.  The security deposit is 1 times the monthly rent.

6.  For move in, the first months rent is required plus 1 months security deposit.  No personal check are accepted at move in.

7.  Our standard leases are 12 months in length, renewable on a yearly basis.  Shorter term leases maybe available.
