Rental Process
To Submit an application we require:
- $45.00 Application fee for anyone 18 or older. Fee can be sent by Zelle to "warrenrentals3@gmail.com".
- Copy of Drivers License or State ID
- Copy of proof of income.
Pets:
- We accept most pets.
- Monthly rent increase of $50.00 Per Pet
- One time non refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet. Paid at lease signing.
Lease Duration:
-All leases are month to month.
Security Deposit:
- 1-1/2 times the rental amount.
Appliances: Are not included.
Move in Costs:
- Security Deposit + one months rent + $150.00 one time processing fee + $300 non-refundable pet fee (If applicable)
- ALL MOVE IN COSTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BEING APPROVED
Qualifications: In order to qualify for one of our properties we require the following:
- Copy of Drivers license or State ID
- Paid Application Fee
- Completely filled out application.
- Rental history
- Provide proof of income
- Monthly gross income (before taxes) must be at least 3 times the rent.
- Get utilities in own name.
- No additional property inspections, beyond those required by the City of Warren or Hazel Park, building or rentals divisions.
- All leases are month to month.
Move-In Process:
- Once you have submitted all of the required information, Warren Rentals will contact you if approved.
- If approved, a $750.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours. Deposit can be paid by Zelle to "warrenrentals3@gmail.com". This non-refundable deposit is applied to the move-in costs.
If you do not have Zelle, this non-refundable deposit can be paid by going to the Chase bank located at 29700 Van Dyke in Warren, and make a deposit into the Warren Rentals LLC business account ending in 1030.
- The lease must be signed, and all move in costs paid in full within 14 days of being approved.
- If the lease signing appointment is canceled by the tenant or if the tenant is more than 20 minutes late for the lease signing, there will be a missed appointment fee of $250 or retain the deposit will be forfeited.
At The Lease Signing:
- ALL applicants must be present to sign the lease.
- Balance of Move in amount is due. Cash, Zelle, or cashiers check only.
- If using Zelle, make sure to check your daily limits.
- Utility Confirmation Numbers.
- If the lease signing appointment is canceled by the tenant or if the tenant is more than 20 minutes late for the lease signing, there will be a missed appointment fee of $250 or retain the deposit will be forfeited.
- Rent is always due on the 1st of the month.
