Rental Process
To Submit an application we require:
- $45.00 Application fee for anyone 18 or older. Fee can be sent by Zelle to "warrenrentals3@gmail.com".
- Fee is good for 30 days on any of our properties.
- Copy of Drivers License or State ID
- Copy of Pay Stubs
- All of this information can be uploaded right on this web site.
- We do NOT accept Section 8 or any third party payments.
Pets:
- We accept most pets.
- Monthly rent increase of $50.00 Per Pet
- One time non refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet. Paid at lease signing.
Security Deposit:
- 1-1/2 times the rental amount.

Appliances: Are not included.
Move in Costs:
- Security Deposit + one months rent + $150.00 one time processing fee + $300 non-refundable pet fee (If applicable)

Qualifications: In order to qualify for one of our properties we require the following:
- Copy of Drivers license or State ID
- Paid Application Fee
- Completely filled out application.
- Not currently being evicted of have any evictions on record.
- Provide proof of income
- Monthly gross income (before taxes) must be at least 3 times the rent.
- Get utilities in own name.

Move-In Process:
- Once you have submitted all of the required information, Warren Rentals will contact you.
- If approved, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours. Deposit can be paid by Zelle to "warrenrentals3@gmail.com". This non-refundable deposit is applied to the move-in costs.
- The lease must be signed within 30 days of being approved or the deposit will be forfeited.
- An additional $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required each week, after being approved. All deposits are applied to the move in costs.
- If the lease signing appointment is canceled by the tenant or if the tenant is more than 20 minutes late for the lease signing, the deposit will be forfeited.

At The Lease Signing:
- ALL applicants must be present to sign the lease.
- Balance of Move in amount is due. Cash, money order or electronic deposit only.
- Utility Confirmation Numbers.
- There is a 20 minute grace period for the lease signing. After this time, the lease signing maybe be canceled and a $75.00 missed appointment fee will be applied.
